Our Maintenance Specialists are attached to our clients when undertaking improvement projects. They are trades and engineering based with broad industry experience. Each Maintenance Specialists forms part of an inclusive network, structured to share and promote knowledge. This network is centrally managed and draws on the Optimised Maintenance’s wider resources in support of each project.
Maintenance Specialists will work closely with clients to review and evaluate risk, to apply governance and compliance, and ensure safe operating practice.
Our Maintenance Specialists have trades and engineering backgrounds with applied industry experience. From across a broad range of industry, Optimised Maintenance has knowledge on Asset Management from across variety of applications drawing on strengths from other industries in the development of strategy and documentation. Key skills include ERP and CMMS structure design and administration, where building and maintaining an effective asset management platform provides a founding baseline. Effective development and management of the tools used to build and maintain an effective ERP or CMMS ensure a strong foundation to review and improve asset management process and structure.
Our Maintenance Specialists are supported by a centralised network of other Maintenance Specialists and Principal Maintenance Engineers. This additional service is to support the Specialist and provide reflective support during review, improvement or the development of a strategy change. By implementing an internal reflective review process, each project gains additional touch points for critical review and assessment.
Optimised Maintenance offers a training package linked which provides students with an understanding on legislation, case law, application and ethical engineering practice. The course is structured to allow students to develop an understanding of Professional Engineering Legislation, domestic and international case law, practical examples, and considerations for ethical engineering practice.
