Our Practice

The Optimised Maintenance consultative approach is structured to suit each client. From minor document changes, to strategy review, then to a complete ERP/ CMMS change, a structured approach is agreed upon before execution occurs. An important step in keeping the client in control, is ensuring change management is structured. This includes risk review, governance and compliance, commercial and business implications. Our change management process is inclusive, promoting effective risk management and ensuring key accountablities are included.
